If your dates have changed at short notice or you need to move quickly, contact us as soon as possible and we will check vehicle and crew availability. For urgent moves, we may suggest a streamlined service focusing on essential furniture and belongings first, with non-essentials moved later if required. While we cannot guarantee every request, we always do our best to find a practical solution.

Are my belongings insured during the move?

Yes. Your belongings are covered by our goods in transit insurance while they are in our vehicle, subject to our terms and conditions. We also hold public liability cover to protect you and your property while we are working on-site. Although our team takes great care to avoid any damage, insurance offers extra peace of mind. We can discuss cover limits, any exclusions and how to declare particularly high-value items when you request your quote, so you are clear on exactly what is included.
